You Are:
As the Workday HCM/Recruiting Consultant you will lead, support and provide guidance to our clients around the Core HCM, Onboarding and Recruiting modules. You have a strong background in Workday Recruiting with a good understanding of other ATS/CRM platforms, including related integrations/APIs, data, and process flows. This role is for full-time regular employment and C2C will not be considered.

The Opportunity:
· Support ongoing end-to-end assessments of Workday HCM-Recruiting functionality versus other ATS’ and existing manual processes/pain points.
· Will need to be able to provide assessments/feasibility around dependencies and gaps of moving ATS and CRM functionality into Workday. This includes functional and technical (API) considerations
· Guide and/or take a hands-on role on Workday recruiting optimization and deployments.
· Define, guide, and build HR/recruiting processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs.
· Work directly with clients and existing UST teams around customer requirements gathering, Will need to then synthesize and present recommendations for implementation of target future state with Workday recruiting
What you need:
· At least 7 years of HRIS experience with 3+ years of recent experience around Workday HCM, with a focus in Recruiting and Onboarding areas.
· The ideal applicant for this role will have previous hands-on configuration experience (at least 2 years) with Workday recruiting implementation and post-implementation optimization
· Sound understanding of leading HR and ATS/recruiting systems, processes, and operational frameworks. This includes but is not limited to, candidate relationship management, job requisitions, and job application dynamic process configuration
· Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations
· Active Workday HCM and/or Recruiting Certification is required. As a partner company UST can maintain your certification.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: US Remote
Compensation Range: $120,000-$170,000
This role is for full-time regular employment and C2C will not be considered.
