Planet Technology has an immediate Direct Hire role for a Jr. Workday HRIS Analyst. This is a 100% Remote.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for all Technical Learning Management System (LMS) related matters.
•Support configuration, maintenance, and administration of the HRIS platform, including modules such as Learning Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
•Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations, workflows, and custom reports.
•Develop and implement data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Provide user support and training to HR and other functional teams on Workday and the LMS, including creating and delivering training materials and conducting workshops.
•Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with IT teams to resolve technical problems.
•Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the LMS meets the organization's training needs and goals.
•Conduct regular system audits and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
•Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to HRIS, Workday, and Learning Management Systems.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum of 1 years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst, preferably with a focus on Workday and Learning Management Systems.
•Understand of Workday HRIS platform, including configuration, security administration, report writing, and business process workflows.
•Experience with managing and administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably in a corporate environment.
•Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
•Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or Workday reporting.
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
