Workday HRIS Functional/ Admin

Location: Remote

Long-Term Contract

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Recruitment functionality.

Responsibilities

·Knowledge and experience with most of the following Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking and Recruitment.

·Collaborate across the business to understand requirements, configuration, and testing of Workday solutions for varying business problems including business process updates, custom validations, condition rules and calculated fields to optimize the use of Workday

·Develop, test and deliver new processes and functionality as per business requirements.

·Assist with the creation and editing of all different types of Workday custom reports (composite, matrix, advanced, simple, etc.), dashboards, worksheets, and discovery boards

·Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday Financials functionality in a timely manner with minimal oversight

·Understanding of Workday security including domains and security groups
