Water Polo Club Virtual Assistant Jobs

4 year college degree or equivalent experience preferred

Embodies critical thinking skills, solutions oriented approaches to problem solving, and adaptability

Strong verbal and written (email) communication and presentation skills

Liaise and coordinate development approvals with cross functional departments to ensure sample deliveries meet corporate calendar/key business launch dates.

Create and maintain sample purchase orders for overseas agents and factories.

Analysis of sample shipment status for compilation of weekly reporting tools published to department leads.

3 months to start with opportunity to be ongoing if mutually agreed upon

Send weekly club wide email "weekly update" detailing practice schedule & any changes

Maintain/update Teamsnap calendars for practices, games and events

Confirm Coach availability for practices & games weekly

Respond to parent email inquiries

Create Flyers & Teamsnap registrations for Club events/new seasons etc...
