Jupiter Capital Management LLC, an independent boutique management consultancy based in Florida, is seeking several experienced VP, Senior Business Consultants with any one of the following subject matter expertise and preferably management consulting experience:

• Enterprise Risk Management / Risk Systems
• Biotech / Life Sciences / Pharma
• Environmental - Audit, Risk & Regulatory Issues
• ESG & Social Impact / Sustainability Assessment
• Financial Institutions Risk & Regulatory Change
• Internal Audit / SOX Audit
• Technology (all disciplines)
• Marketing & Brand Management / Channel Strategy

Other areas of subject matter expertise beyond those listed above may be considered.

The VP, Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for building a new business practice within Jupiter Capital Management LLC by developing and onboarding a new clientele base, executing successfully the Scope of Work for new clients and ultimately forming a team of direct-report AVPs, Associates and Analysts for the growing practice area.

Successful VPs will move to the Director level and participate in the management of the firm and its future growth.

The compensation structure is a client revenue-sharing structure, which is entirely performance-based and variable according to the ability of the consultant to build out the practice team. The VP will earn 60%+ of their total gross client revenue (billed hourly or total project basis) plus an annual discretionary bonus based on the firm's aggregate performance of all consultancy practices. VPs will also earn a portion of the revenue their direct reports generate. Successful VPs are expected to earn in excess of $225,000 engagement income commensurate with performance targets for engagements annually based on tested assumptions.

The VP may be located in any US location or overseas in Europe/Asia, and be free to engage with clients in any geography according to their client prospecting success.
