A minimum of 5 years experience working in a high education Registrar office or equivalent consulting experience.

Demonstrated understanding of processes, policies and procedures at an accredited institution of higher education or equivalent consulting experience.

Advanced knowledge of business processes as related to registrar's offices and functions within higher education.

Preferred experience with Jenzabar and Registration and Advising modules. Student Life knowledge is a plus.

2-7 years of previous project experience in data management, analysis, or another related field

Excellent attention to detail, client relationship, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of stakeholder influence

Experience conducting workshops with SMEs to gather business and technical requirements and mapping business processes

Assist with project governance, requirements definition, process analysis, implementation, testing, training, and rollout during project lifecycle

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage clear expectations by establishing timelines and milestones and managing risks, issues, and dependencies through transparent status reporting

Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in business process development, re-engineering, or management.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data

Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives

Support and mentor Consultants and Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities

Manage the work and priorities of team members in your project (s)

Be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and execution of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives

Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the client

Be a trusted client contact for operational and strategic questions, developing the relationship through face-to-face discussions, workshops, and virtual channels

Proactively lead business development opportunities and proposals for MedTech Business Consulting

Excellent industry experience and knowledge, in vaccines preferably, but also in other product categories relevant to global health goals

Maintain excellent knowledge of vaccine industry trends in terms of manufacturing approaches, technologies, and overall industry dynamics.

Knowledge of vaccine manufacturing, procurement, and delivery

Strong quantitative analytic and scenario planning skills.

Excellent communication skills, able to effectively synthesize information to build consensus.

This role is a limited-term parental backfill position for 9 months. Relocation will not be provided.
