This is an exciting role for an individual looking to leverage their past experience to have the ability to work on a total talent management/VMS solution for the future. The individual will be personally responsible for driving revenue across industries and verticals.

The role:
The role will involve selling VMS/total talent solutions for our clients. The role will involve prospecting, engaging and driving sales for clients for our contingent staffing VMS and total talent solutions. The responsibilities will include developing deep relationships with prospects and understanding their needs/expectations for the VMS solutions.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant disciplines.
- Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
- Work closely with our sales enablement teams to collaborate on RFP responses, demos and all the way to closing the deal.
- Work closely with sales leadership and marketing team to drive ongoing prospects engagements.
- Ability to understand the current state of client's environment and propose appropriate solution that drives the best value and outcomes for our clients.
- Participate in industry events to drive engagement with prospects and current customers.
- The primary responsibility would include identifying and selling VMS solutions to prospective clients across US.
- Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Should be highly motivated for success and have a go-getter attitude. Should be high energy with strong customer skills.
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience selling VMS or MSP contingent workforce/total talent solutions.
- Ability to achieve weekly/monthly metrics and overall revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently with strong focus on driving outcomes and results.
- Work closely with the inside sales team in generating leads/opportunities.

Base salary of $100K - $150K per year and total compensation in the range of $200K - $350K on meeting the revenue targets.
