The Vice President of Total Rewards is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s total rewards strategy. This includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and other rewards programs. The VP of Total Rewards will ensure that the organization’s total rewards strategy is aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and is competitive in the marketplace.Detailed Job Description:
The VP of Total Rewards is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s total rewards strategy. This includes developing and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, recognition, and other rewards programs. The VP of Total Rewards will ensure that the organization’s total rewards strategy is aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and is competitive in the marketplace.
