Day to day project management for our Artist Service Client’s

Other responsibilities to follow depending on your progress

Client scheduling weekly team calls

You would start out with 8 clients and then eventually grow to having 15 clients

Respond to your clients’ needs immediately within 15 minutes

8:30 am-7pm Monday – Friday

You will manage calendars and daily schedules, in addition to scheduling meetings and calls, as needed.

You will organize, update, and manage the storage of single and project specific assets received from other departments and third parties.

You will submit and manage expense reports and invoices.

Oversee and serve as a resource for student stage manager/recorder supervisors

Approve and process time sheets, work certifications, and other related forms
