Manage all payroll-related issues for all external and internal stakeholders in a prompt and efficient manner.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations as they relate to payroll.

Three (3) years of analytical experience and/or quality management

Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) management as an Assistant EFB Administrator

Manage AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) to support and ensure quality control for EFBs.

Lead Product / Project Management efforts for all EFB apps and initiatives.

Advanced computers skills, including knowledge of programming, database usage, and development

Mobile Device Management (MDM) familiarity

Manage regular monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting and tax filing requirements as required and assist with financial audits

Collaborate within the Finance team on processing and accounting for commissions and equity transactions (RSUs)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax / Business / Information systems, or other relevant field

3-5+ years of payroll experience

Full-cycle payroll experience using a payroll software (preferred Workday Payroll system, or other relevant system such as ADP, Paycom, etc.)

Experience filing quarterly tax filings using ADP SmartCompliance preferred

Strong functional Payroll knowledge and 4-7 years’ experience in a large payroll department processing North American payroll.

Assist manager in devising the processes and controls needed to operate effectively while managing risk.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.

Assist with any internal and external audits and examinations, including internal audit, SOX, tax audits, etc.

Assist and work closely with HR on regional initiatives ensuring they are rolled out with a coordinated effort between the teams.

Support administering the payroll function through acquisitions and expansion initiatives.

Self-starter with exemplary organizational, time management, and planning skills

Ability to work cohesively in Remote Team dynamic sharing knowledge and promoting a positive work environment

Collaborate with Benefit Team to manage benefit deductions, leave of absence payments, and benefit arrears

Experience with ADP, Workday and other Payroll & HR platforms

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively address all levels within the organization

3 + years of experience in an applicable Information Technology discipline

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven verbal and written communication skills for direct customer interaction.

Proven ability to work well with business, and local and remote IT resources.

Collaborate closely with the business's industrial control system support group.

Planning and managing infrastructure hardware and software refresh.

Experience in payroll finance/accounting/ and/or global mobility and ability to demonstrate success in designing and managing global operational controls

Manage country portfolio for payroll in any of the following countries: US, Canada, United Kingdom

Manage the Expatriate payroll and taxes

Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills

Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization

Solid communication skills, ability and willingness to exercise initiative

Working knowledge of current legislative requirements and regulations

Support Senior Payroll Manager and team

Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of solid end-to-end payroll processing experience.

Prior experience in a multi-state, high volume, fast-paced payroll environment
