Junior Sourcer/Assistant Recruiter

Our Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting our account managers. This key role applies sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and engage current and prospective clients to inspire them to select TemPositions Healthcare as their employer of choice. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, exemplary interpersonal skills, and a win-win mindset.

The Sourcer will provide full life cycle recruiting support to assigned leader. Position will partner with assigned leader to help department leaders by identifying, engaging, screening, and cultivating passive/active candidate relationship to hire.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Partner with assigned leader to fully understand the ideal candidate profile that is needed and facilitate the hiring process from beginning to end.

· Operate in a fast-paced growth-oriented culture.

· Leverage sourcing tools and out of the box creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates.

· Provide company overview and pre-qualify candidates for assigned positions.

· Facilitate candidate debriefs.

· Work with assigned leader to negotiate offers with candidates.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing

· Driven to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

· Enjoys working with and being part of a dynamic team.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
