Who We Are Looking For:
Concentric is seeking a Vice President, Associate Creative Director, Copy (VP, ACD, Copy) who will represent the agency as the lead copy person on a given brand or group of brands. The VP, ACD, Copy is responsible for managing Copywriters on their team, as well as maintaining high standards on all projects.

What You Will Do:
- Propose future initiatives for all assigned accounts
- Act as a creative partner with the account team in assimilating feedback to/from corporate clients
- Interview new copy candidates
- Take creative/strategic role in new business pitches
- Understand target audience and marketing goals for each assigned brand
- Work with Account team to ensure quality and efficiency on all creative and brand projects and troubleshoot when necessary
- Provide account team information for turn-around times, schedules, and status of creative projects
- Provide guidance to all Junior Copywriters/Copywriters/Senior Copywriters on brand team
- Present creative ideas and brand work to client
- Work closely with Art Directors/Copywriters to develop and implement creative ideas and brand projects based on marketing objectives and informing strategy
What You Bring:
- Experience working on a launch brand
- Ability to pick up therapeutic areas, interpret medical data, and grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- In depth understanding of branding, strategy, and marketing
- Well versed in working with medical and legal feedback
- Develop promotional materials with high medical accuracy
- Strong HCP and DTC copywriting experience in the pharmaceutical space
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize projects
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience
- Strong attention to detail
- A curious mentality

- Strong presentation skills
- Represent the agency as a client liaison
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
