About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time TikTok Social Media Strategist to join our team with a passion for social media advertising, content creation, writing, and above all…TikTok. You will be the main point of contact for our clients while working with our creative team, paid team, and content creators to develop a cohesive organic TikTok strategy and meaningful brand presence for our clients. This role lives within our TikTok Department where this individual will be part of a team of content creators, paid strategists, influencer strategists, and more!

As a part of our team, this individual will have the opportunity to learn firsthand how to develop innovative content and strategy for social campaigns, achieve client account goals, and grow their skills in a fun and fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts including, but not limited to: community management, content creation, scheduling, and reporting.
• Responsible for overseeing, ideating, and implementing the deliverables for TikTok.
• Develop unique TikTok content that is focused on new and upcoming trends while keeping our client’s brand look and feel in mind.
• Write compelling and engaging post copy, captions, hashtags, and account descriptions with flawless attention to detail.

• Manage multiple clients and effectively be the middleman between your clients and the rest of the company.

Requirements:

• Experience juggling multiple brand accounts at one time is required
• 1+ years of social media experience working with multiple clients on TikTok.
• Agency experience is a plus
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to an evolving department in San Diego’s second fastest growing company
• Comfortable sharing previous client TikTok feed/content that you developed OR previous personal feed/content you developed for TikTok
• Strong copywriting and ability to adapt voice and tone to fit a variety of industries
• Experience in analytical reporting (i.e. Google Analytics) is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Keen eye for cohesive branding and messaging
