About The Position

We're hiring a full-time Operations Specialist. We're a remote company and this is a remote position open to candidates in the Americas (due to timezone requirements).

Your Responsibilities

• Serving as the point of contact for clients, guests, and studios pre and post shoots
• Offering live support for shoots on a flexible schedule (typically weekday mornings and afternoons Pacific Time/GMT -7)
• Coordinating with studios, hosts, guests, and our team to book and support shoots
• Building and managing our company's operating system to support our continued growth
• Project managing and ensuring the smooth execution of our production workflows

Your Strengths

• Ability to balance reactive and proactive tasks and manage multiple fast-changing projects
• Talent for structure, organization, and identifying big and small opportunities for efficiency
• Genuine care to design and deliver a thoughtful experience to guests, hosts, clients, and partners
• Experience with project management, operations, and/or administration
• Empathetic, clear, and direct communication, especially when it comes to writing emails
