Ability to lead and grow a team. Be able to manage team members who will evaluate electronic products through research for sale on eCommerce websites to include eBay and Amazon. Effectively use data to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Savvy, eager to learn by doing, and have an interest in gaining a highly valuable eCommerce marketing skillset. Report weekly to the Sr. eCommerce Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of listers daily to drive expected results

• Ongoing knowledge of electronic products we sell to include laptops, hard drives, networking gear, server parts and other consumer electronics
• Purchase supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, labels, paper, etc.
• Able to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
• Able to learn and apply new concepts
• Able to speak, read, and understand the English language in verbal communication
• Work with Sr. eCommerce Manager to lower price or remove aging inventory
• Be able to train all new listers on listing, shipping fulfillment, pricing, etc.
• Able to walk, climb stairs, bend, and reach to work with equipment throughout an 8-hour shift
• Make sure inventory is accurate with ongoing cycle counting
• Able to perform online research of electronics
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours or more
• Intermediate proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and internet search capabilities (e.g., Google, eBay, etc.)
• Ability to be self-driven to achieve results and goals
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Work with internal operations team to make decisions on product eligible for eCommerce
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience selling products online (eBay, Facebook marketplace, amazon, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in leading teams
• High School diploma or equivalent (Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prefer knowledge of electronics but will train the right candidate
