The Axos Premier business provides seamless private banking and deposit services to the mass affluent market, defined as consumers with a net worth between $1M -$3M. This market segment is currently underserved by the larger banks, who typically demand over $5M in investable assets for private banking services.

The mass affluent demographic also fits well with a branchless banking model as they are typically made up of white collar professionals and business owners within an average age range between 35 55. Most own one or more homes, hold six months in cash reserves and have an income over $200,000. By offering personalized services through a dedicated relationship manager with lower fees and higher rates, Axos Premier will be well positioned to capture more of this market.

• Conduct due diligence on new small business deposit account applications to assess risk and ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations
• Assist management with special projects to add operational efficiency to business unit
• Continually review the small business banking pipeline of applications to address any inbound communications from customers submitting documentation
• Assist with Management of Sales Operations
• Other duties as assigned from time to time by your direct supervisor
• Monitor and respond to inbound customer service cases in a timely manner.
• Review new account applications to determine if they are within the Company's risk tolerance and assign workable accounts to Relationship Managers
• Assist Relationship Managers with collection of documentation needed to open new accounts by follow up with customers
• Communicate with customers over the phone
• Help Relationship Managers with customer service requests such as signer changes and other general account servicing tasks

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Competency using MS Office Suite
• 1+year's in financial services in a support/processing capacity
• Exposure to working with businesses in a financial services environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Work independently with little supervision
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Fundamental knowledge of banking regulations
