These positions are expected to be 100% on-site with our various clients from South San Francisco, CA to San Jose, CA depending on where the support is needed.

Job Title: Tier 2 Support Technician
# of Positions: 3
Contract Length: 6-12+ months
Location: Onsite various locations in the SF Bay Area
Local Candidates Preferred
Skills Required:
5-6 years of IT support experience, in 2-3 different technical environments.
Minimum 2 years of Tier 2 support experience (must be on resume)
Microsoft / office 365 office stack / Exchange
Experience with MACs and JAMF or Moslye
Phones / Outlook as an application on phones and how to manage phones, policies etc..
Working for an MSP would be ideal, or working for a few different companies.
