Position: Warehouse Attendant
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm PST
Pay: $31.50/hr
Note: The wage scale for the position is the full wage scale an individual can make based on performance, experience, and seniority throughout their time at the company.

What you'll be contributing:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, receives, issues, and maintains stock materials in the storeroom. Operates the computer to input transactions and ensures proper inventory control. Complies with all applicable safety policies and regulations. This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position with potential weekend coverage during the shutdown.
- Trains to provide backup to Storeroom Supervisor as needed.
- Accurately issue materials to work orders in Bentley
- Unload and load trucks and interact with drivers, ensuring their compliance to AGC safety standards
- Prepare returns and other shipments as needed.
- Maintained storeroom organization and cleanliness by regularly cleaning the storeroom and maintaining part labels.
- Perform periodic inventory cycle counts and annual physical inventory as required.
- Receive and put away shipments of plant supplies and parts, enter transactions in Bentley software, and print and file applicable receiving documents.
- Perform daily workplace exams and other required HRP documents.
- Escorts truck drivers while unloading gas and fuel.
- Monitor and maintain inventory on various non-vendor managed products
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- One to two years of related experience is preferred.
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred.
What to expect in a cement environment:
Work to be performed in a shop environment as well as outdoor exposure throughout the plant. Mild exposure to cement dust, heat, cold, and noise requires compliance with specified safety guidelines and procedures. Exposure to high elevations of up to 250 feet in height. Exposure to all weather conditions. Normal operation of mobile equipment may result in jarring and vibratory exposure.
