About This Team
The Enterprise Portfolio & Program Management (EPPM) team enables technology delivery to the lululemon business. Our purpose is to provide operational tools & process that are transparent, consumable, and flexible for our business and partnered technology teams to work together and create best in class business enabling technology.
a day in the life
You will be viewed as a strong enablement leader to support people and programs within EPPM. You seek to understand the challenges our technology managers and program leaders have and drive to address them. With an eye for continuous improvement, you bring a strong focus to optimizing processes and technologies, while increasing quality and value of portfolio and operations capabilities.
  • Support a team responsible to establish tools and processes for enterprise portfolio financial management, forecasting, and operations
  • Own and manage partnership and roadmap with P&C, FP&A and EBT, and run the Enterprise Planning COEs
  • Build and lead Technology portfolio standards, governance, and COP
  • Create and manage organization scorecards, including corresponding analysis, reporting and action plans
  • Support a team who will establish Portfolio wide value stream mapping, story splitting, and dependency management
  • Support teams who build, maintain, and evolve portfolio tools such as JIRA and Service Now SPM
  • Advocate and foster Product mindset. EPPM’s “customers” are our internal/cross-functional business partners.
  • Lead EPPM and Technology wide projects and program delivery
  • Build, develop and lead people and teams through empathetic coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
Qualifications
  • Have a strong background in delivering complex projects via agile methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role
  • Product Ownership/Management experience preferred
  • Experience working with with JIRA or similar backlog management tool, experience working with Service Now SPM or similar portfolio mgmt. tool.
  • Experience with and/or certifications in continuous improvement, change management preferred
  • 3+ years in Portfolio Manager or PMO leadership role
  • Proven experience with a focus on operations management within high growth companies
  • 7+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in technology

Compensation And Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $141,400 - $185,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
