We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team and support our engineering hiring efforts! If you have experience partnering effectively with hiring teams and are looking for a strategic position where you can make a tremendous impact, this is the right opportunity for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Primary focus will be to recruit for our Engineering organization based in SF
  • Create closing approaches to manage partner expectations through market data
  • Develop creative strategies to convert passive leads to active candidates
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity within our ATS and other systems
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities (source to close)
  • Partner with engineering to deeply understand their hiring needs
  • Work closely with Engineering Managers across the organization to identify, source and hire top talent
  • Drive the offer extension and negotiation process

What skills and experience do you need?

  • 5+ years experience recruiting for high performing engineering teams
  • Passion for building and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Competitive streak (you play to win!)
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member
  • Experience filling engineering roles at all levels (EM to intern)
  • Experience recruiting for SAAS companies is a plus
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry
  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
This is a 6 month remote contract (with potential extension) reporting to the VP of Talent.
