RMC is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Description: Candidate selected will perform full life-cycle recruitment in support of program and corporate staffing needs. Will work with hiring managers to elicit staffing requirements, author personnel requisitions, and manage job postings. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates, negotiate and send offers and maintain documentation in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The candidate will attend job fairs, open houses, and various industry and networking events as needed to represent the organization. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will also provide support to our business development efforts.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical positions are required. Experience recruiting for cleared personnel in the defense industry is required. Candidate must have experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining hiring documentation. Successful applicant must have the ability to establish and maintain close working relationships with management personnel. The Sr.Technical Recruiter will be the face of the organization for potential employees, as such; the candidate selected must have the ability to represent our organization in a professional and positive manner. Applicant selected should have a thorough working knowledge of OFCCP requirements. This position will support a remote work-site with the ability to travel to our Lexington Park, MD location as needed.

Security Clearance: An active clearance is not required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
