The Role
- Partner closely with Business and HR Partner colleagues across North America to understand hiring needs
- Partner with hiring manager to establish overall recruiting strategy for a search
- Develop competitive offers, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates
- Source candidates based upon a broad-based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing
- Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
- Manage the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared, and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as “sold” on the opportunity
- Support the onboarding of new hires
- Effectively manage and maintain recruitment related data in Recruitment Management System
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings
- Manage candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and that necessary approvals are gained
- Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team
The Requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring need
- 8 + years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, business or related field
- Experience and success leveraging direct and creative sourcing strategies and tools
- Ability to manage and prioritize a workbench of 30 to 35 requisitions at any given time
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Proven success effectively working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong experience with ATS/RMS (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
- Experience with IT and Corporate recruiting within a global professional services organization is highly desired

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
