Data Technical Analyst

Full Time - On-site 2 days/week!

As the Data Technical Analyst, you will act as a liaison between data and different technical groups such as security, infrastructure, BU IT, and more. You will lead and guide the development and analysis of an Informatica-based ETL architecture. You will head complex ETL requirements and design. You will develop mapping requirements, documenting data movement and transformation rules. You will collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure performant and scalable solutions that meet business needs. You will conduct impact assessment and determine the size of the effort based on requirements for more significant initiatives. You will enhance the SDLC process to help further automate deployments, testing, and impact analysis. You will partner with the development team to resolve difficult design and development issues. You will serve as a mentor to other Technical Analysts. You will identify process and technical improvements that can be made and work to implement them according to team standards. You will also work with the product owner and IT sponsor to prioritize work and shape backlog.

If This Describes You, Apply Today!

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of related experience in Data Integration Development or Data Analysis
• Agile delivery experience
• At least 5 years of experience within ETL Architecture

Great Additional Skills:

• Exposure within Informatica IDMC (CDI, CAI, CMI, CDIE)
• Excels in relational database tools, including SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Some cloud exposure, preferably Azure and/or Snowflake
• Ability to self-manage and stay on track with commitments; resourceful in solving problems and removing impediments
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively, champion new ideas, and challenge the status quo
• Adaptable and can effectively cope with rapidly changing business landscape
• Adept experience within Informatica PowerCenter
