Job Overview

Trustmark is seeking an Associate Technical Services Analyst to join the team. This role is Responsible for development, coding and maintaining documents using criteria and rule-based structures. Actively participate on project teams, providing input and deliverables to meet project goals and timelines. Create and maintain queries that enable data to be consolidated into one view. Analyze data and makes recommendations to management. This position can by HYBRID or REMOTE.

Key Accountabilities

• Independently create and maintain SAS, Access and CRM queries to provide consolidated data from all systems. Analyze quoting, sales consultant activity, broker databases and issuance data and provides business impactful recommendations to management. Expand upon reports available to sales partners and provide meaningful analysis.
• Develop, code, and maintain documents using criteria and rules, utilizing technical knowledge of criteria based upon product variability. Determine repeating elements in documents, whether text or data. Create coding development and coder test plans prior to development of forms in document system(s). Participate in project teams providing input and opinions on document requirements.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.
• Communicate with sales distribution partners and internal departments concerning system errors, enhancements and existing functionality. Triage concerns with the rating, CRM and xPression systems. Work to resolve issues with rating, CRM and xPression system and reaches out to IT for assistance when needed. Ensure timely response from IT and other business partners in order to facilitate uninterrupted business processes.

Education and Experience

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a positive and effective manner, with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and make recommendations.
• Project management skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with technical systems and/or document management
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and documentation.
• Experience with xPression, DLS, SAS, Excel, Access or other similar coding experience.
