Specialist Operations Administrator
Where we need you
Working within the Technical and Operations team to accurately produce data and reports to analyze trends and present information to the widerbusiness, customers and clients. Update action plans and presentations required by senior management and customers. More specifically, responsibilities will include:
Compiling trend information to generate and analyze data, create and update action plans and presentations, improvement plans used to support KPI achievement.
Create and update reports or tracking information on internal KPI, used to measure effectiveness of various functions such as Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Launch, and Tooling.
Liaising with Customer Services team to ensure smooth operation of complaints handling with minimum delay.
Producing reports as directed by Management team to allow trending, and identification of trends in complaint statistics
Proactively responding to and alerting leadership of any adverse trend in reported information or complaints.
Attending and coordinating meetings as required or requested by management to review performance information and compile meeting minutes, updating actions, and distributing information to applicable people.
Entering BANFs for the operations team to procure supplies, request quotes, and monitor OOE while alerting management of overages. Following up on placed orders and update the leadership team of timing
Assist with correcting errors within SAP, updating data where authorized, update graphs and other floor communication.
Assist with updating presentations for Management review meetings, board meetings, staff meetings, customer meetings, and coordinate onsite events with customers
Assist with updating training records, training plans, schedules, and work instructions
Complete other tasks as directed by Plant Management

Essential:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and numerical skills
Great prioritization and organizational skills
High level of IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High level of competency in data compilation and analysis (Excel)
Education requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent
