What you’ll be doing


  • Collaborate across Sales, Sales Ops, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to achieve conversion rate goals.
  • Ensuring that team is achieving key performance metrics through setting and managing team OKRs.
  • Lead efforts to further refine the sales process to drive conversion rate improvements.
  • Use data and analysis to develop the team and performance manage team members.
  • Partner with other Team Leaders to help recruit and interview new hires.
  • Manage and develop a team of Insurance Advisors to achieve business results.


Qualifications


What your background looks like


  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience (Required).
  • Work schedule flexibility to support sales agents that will work between 6am-6pm PST (Required).
  • Good knowledge of various insurance carriers and their product offerings.
  • Strong leadership and overall communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable managing through ambiguity and creating process.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with organizational communication strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
