The Gig

We seek a skilled freelance Talent Coordinator/Recruiter to manage several responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, data entry, and general coordinator-type duties. Successful applicants should be exceptional communicators and adept at building relationships with freelance talent, internal employees, and external vendors/clients. The primary objective is to guarantee that the organization's talent needs are always fulfilled and that recruiting in an “always-on” capacity is occurring even when there are no openings.

Responsibilities

• Working as a team to ensure that the talent needs of all accounts and teams are being met.
• Facilitate candidate screening, including all scheduling duties.
• Staff and client gifting as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of freelance and full-time talent.
• Working with account leads, COO, and Head of Finance, support as needed for all hiring processes (freelance and full-time).
• Data entry as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports on talent operations as needed.
• Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure payment information is collected for all talent.
• Internal marketing coordination as needed.
• Post and monitor all open positions via LinkedIn.

Skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in conducting screening interviews.
• Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
• Proven experience as recruiter, talent coordinator, or similar position.
• Knowledge of basic freelance and full time hiring policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
