3-6 month freelance contract

The Gig
We seek a skilled freelance Talent Coordinator/Recruiter to manage several responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, data entry, and general coordinator-type duties. Successful applicants should be exceptional communicators and adept at building relationships with freelance talent, internal employees, and external vendors/clients. The primary objective is to guarantee that the organization's talent needs are always fulfilled and that recruiting in an “always-on” capacity is occurring even when there are no openings.
Responsibilities
- Working as a team to ensure that the talent needs of all accounts and teams are being met.
- Facilitate candidate screening, including all scheduling duties.
- Staff and client gifting as needed.
- Assist with onboarding of freelance and full-time talent.
- Working with account leads, COO, and Head of Finance, support as needed for all hiring processes (freelance and full-time).
- Data entry as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports on talent operations as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure payment information is collected for all talent.
- Internal marketing coordination as needed.
- Post and monitor all open positions via LinkedIn.
Skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in conducting screening interviews.
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
- Proven experience as recruiter, talent coordinator, or similar position.
- Knowledge of basic freelance and full time hiring policies, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
