Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
  • Attend any and all virtual career fairs (in-person career fairs based on location)
  • Ensure new hire profiles are accurate
  • Assist with recruiter review of all new applicants
  • Provide assistance with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Generate leads using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Coordinate interviews between candidate and hiring manager and/or TAS
  • Engage in the development of Nurture Campaigns with TAS
  • Update and maintain ATS
  • Follow-up with pending hires

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelors in Business Administration or similar field strongly preferred
  • Must have a reliable computer and internet access, along with a quiet space to conduct work from your home.
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Must be located within the Delaware, Maryland and Virginia (DMV) area
  • A willingness to learn and a passion to grow within a company
