Director, Talent Acquisition Jobs

Panum a wholly owned subsidiary of ARETUM Holdings, is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition. This position may be fully remote or hybrid, reporting to either our Bethesda, MD or Rosslyn, VA offices. The ideal candidate must have an established record of working high volume requisitions within the Federal Sector on Procurement, IT, Telecommunications, Acquisition and PMO support tasks. Familiarity with ATS systems, and niche recruiting sites catering towards the Federal Sector are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead department to help establish an employer brand for the company to attract new recruits
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR to create short-term and long-term recruitment strategies across the organization
• Identify and recruit the best applicants for required job profiles, expertly scan and review multiple resumes, analyze the knowledge, skillset and experience of candidates
• Create job descriptions, develop a pool of qualified candidates, build networks to locate best qualified candidates
• Develop working relationships with colleges and universities, diversity groups to assist in recruitment and increase company awareness
• Consistently coordinate with all department heads to understand the different types of positions that fall under their purview, the different skillsets required, and applicants needed for the company as well as the different Federal Government and DoD agencies
• Provide a combination of leadership, organizational assessment, strategic HR thinking, management consulting and counseling to support increased effectiveness and achievement of organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting models, methodologies, and strategies to deliver outstanding results
• Attend professional meetings and create contacts within the industry as well as attend job and career fairs, as applicable.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals
• Responsible for hiring employees/contractors for Aretum and its subsidiaries to support the various agencies within the Federal Government as well as Department of Defense

Qualifications

• Strong background in data analytics to develop, maintain, and analyze databases and spreadsheets
• Proven work experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as this position involves interaction with employees across all levels, as well as internal and external auditors
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
• Maintain high level of customer service levels with internal stakeholders
• Familiar with multiple ATS systems
• 5-7 Years of experience preferred in technical, DoD, military or government contracting recruiting
• Strong sales augmentation experience beneficial
