Pay And Benefits Info

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Job Recruiter, you earn $35,000 - $50,000/year. That doesn't include bonuses. This position typically works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a break.

This is a dynamic opportunity to get to know many people and help set them up with the opportunities of a lifetime. Eager to smash your goals, you recruit potential applicants and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates to fill current and future job openings.

When a job opens with our company, you review resumes from applicants to identify promising candidates. Through in-person and over-the-phone interviews, you determine if the applicant is a good fit for the specific position. Then, you pass on your recommendation to reject or accept the candidate.
