Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Operations team in hiring top caliber talent within the real estate and property management industry. Critical components of the job include supporting full life cycle recruiting activities such as sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting talent. The key focus is to support the team responsible for finding and attracting our most critical resource – our people.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and engaging individual who is motivated to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
This is a hybrid position, working both remotely and from our office in Baltimore.
  • Conduct administrative duties and complete report generation.
  • Schedule one-on-one and panel interviews that require significant calendar coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
  • Promote and manage the employee referral program and internal communication of hot jobs for assigned client group.
  • Actively participate in Talent Acquisition projects which could include process improvement initiatives, social media, participation in user councils and/or in diversity events.
  • Other relevant duties as required.
  • Open requisitions in Workday and post jobs to various job boards.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Launch on-boarding and follow up on progress of background checks, drug screening and establishing start dates.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events, as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with general HR technology and Applicant Tracking systems is preferred.
  • With minimal guidance, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in either an agency or corporate talent acquisition role is helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field, or equivalent education and work experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Attentive to detail.
  • Flexible, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with quickly re-prioritizing.
  • Works well with all levels of management, independently and as a member of a team.
