• Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrator knowledge, prefer experience with the SumTotal® Learn platform

• Systems Administrator knowledge of (Kahuna) skills and competency management software

Extensive learning management systems experience.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, high School diploma with 5 years equivalent experience in Human Resources / Training.

Focus attention on constantly improving the current state; project management, process, quality, and system integrity

Supports HR/Talent Management interfacing systems including updating Learning & Development SharePoint sites and future systems

Manages multiple competing initiatives simultaneously and deliver on service requests within area of expertise according to quality and SLA standards

3+ years of LMS and HRIS experience required, experience with SuccessFactors preferred

Experience with instructional design and implementation preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with configuring case management software and employee knowledgebases.

Engages Centers of Excellence (COEs) and others in the effort to continuously improve processes and efficiency through the case management system.

Supports training of the HRSC team on the case management system.

Works to improve employee and agent use of the HR knowledgebases through continuous improvements to configuration.

Experience in an HR service center team preferred.

Presentation or training experience preferred.

In-depth knowledge of the HR Domain and Business processes (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Time and Attendance etc.)

Build business process and technical requirements, and a product manager to ensure implemented solutions deliver awesome experiences

Strong hands on Experience on working with industry standard Learning Management and Learning Experience platforms is required

Excellent communication skills, collaborative, and understanding of change management (across multiple organizations)

You have demonstrated abilities to map user journeys, prototypes and write user stories based on requirements

8+ years of Human Resources technology experience or equivalent experience, preferably in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment

Proven experience interfacing with professional level management
