Job Description

6 month contract

Hybrid in Chicago, IL or Plano, TX

Large client in banking industry

:

o Core Responsibilities:

− Manage metrics for new-hire learning program

− Build Tableau dashboard to enhance analysis of learning data from learning management system

− Build Tableau dashboard for learning metrics – learning hours, attendees, session hours, and improvements in efficiency with digitization efforts to eliminate VILT sessions


Requirements:

· 1-3 years’ experience


o Required Qualifications:

− Excellent Excel and data analysis skills

− Tableau experience

− Strong organizational and communication skills

− Excellent attention to detail

− Time management, ability to meet tight deadlines

− Prioritizes effectively and collaborates well cross-functionally


o Nice to have

− Competency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote

− Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) framework
