Job Description

Position: Senior Director of Learning Systems

Pay: $90K - $105 (based on experience)

Location: Dallas



We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Clients team as the Senior Director of Learning Systems. The primary role of the Senior Director will be to provide strategic oversight and implementation of the learning systems initiatives, with a focus on uplifting educational environments. This position will lead operational performance, metrics, and financial performance for the Systems component of the Clients Programs department.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop partnerships and broaden the scope of system-building for efficient program delivery.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic plan for continual refinement of the Clients educational systems.
  • Consistently exhibit and encourage emotional intelligence within the professional environment.
  • Generate inventive models for augmenting the integration of educational systems into the Clients programs.
  • Identify and bring to light opportunities for financial support or system enhancement.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships across functions and undertake comprehensive data scrutiny.
  • Manage and inspire staff towards effective delivery of system programs.
  • Contribute to budgeting processes and maintain adherence to financial protocols.
  • Lead the operational efficacy, evaluation of metrics, and fiscal management within the Systems sector of the Program Initiatives.
  • Engage with communities to foster understanding and gather input on educational systems.
  • Persistently innovate and broaden the functionality of platforms in line with organizational growth.
  • Promote and incorporate principles of diversity and fairness across all system operations.
  • Define targets, key performance indicators, and set benchmarks through ongoing research.


Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient analytical abilities and problem-solving acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Systems Planning, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Passion for enriching educational ecosystems and results.
  • 5+ years' professional experience in a systems-based role, ideally within a non-profit setting.
  • Exceptional leadership potential and the capacity to nurture and evolve team skills.
