Job Description

This is the role and main tasks 
In this position, you will be the Senior Vice President of Global Alliances, playing a pivotal role in driving our alliance strategy, forging strong partnerships, and creating synergies to expand our market presence globally. As the leader of this newly created position, we seek a dynamic individual who can work collaboratively with various teams and regions to establish best practices, standards, and cross-communication, thereby ensuring the successful execution of our alliance initiatives.
 
More specifically, you will: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global systems integrators, niche players, and technology partners to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Work closely with the executive team to define and execute the global alliance strategy, identifying key market opportunities and assessing potential partners across various regions.
  • Develop tailored alliance strategies for each market, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in different regions, with a particular focus on the USA and Europe.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at generating traction with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and other key partners, focusing on the supply chain and relevant product domains.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to enhance brand awareness through joint marketing campaigns, events, and other co-marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) model and the ability to incorporate it into alliance strategies effectively.
  • Lead and grow the global alliances team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Who we are looking for 
We are searching for a dynamic and driven SVP of Global Alliances with a proven track record of successfully building and leading global alliance programs. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in leveraging partnerships for marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities. Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships are essential.
 
Moreover, you have
  • Adept at working with cross-functional teams and aligning efforts to achieve common objectives.
  • Knowledge and experience in crafting regional strategies, particularly in the USA and Europe.
  • Willingness to learn on the job and embrace emerging technologies and trends in the IT alliances space.  
  • Proven track record of successfully building and leading global alliance programs, preferably in the IT alliances space.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in leading and growing high-performance teams.
  • Extensive experience in leveraging partnerships for marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, and brand awareness activities.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships.
