Job Description


The Sales, Marketing and Communications Team exists to deliver a world-class experience to our global, diverse, ever-expanding customers in a way that maximizes revenue, design wins and our reputation, so that we can exceed growth expectations.


The Network and Edge Group (NEX) Business Unit Category Sales Leader will be responsible for driving the business from a strategic, technical, and financial perspective. This leader will be accountable for execution of the 4Ps within sales and marketing including delivering inputs into product strategy and the roadmap to timely execute on the segment strategy, while working closely with the NEX BU leader (ELT). This leader will be accountable for owning technical sales resources, application engineering and content and collaterals creation to strengthen and grow the technical function. By making investment decisions and resource allocations, this leader is expected to set KPI's and own revenue and accountability towards the BU. This leader will be foundational in building and growing healthy teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and career development. With their teams, the leader will be responsible to inspire and foster a culture of customer-centricity and consumption, adoption and use through collaboration with peers and extended teams.

Responsibilities

  • Exemplify strong people leadership and manage large multi-functional and multi-geo teams.
  • Strong driver of Intel culture internally, advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion across the Intel workforce.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders on KPIs and funding decisions on behalf of the BUs.
  • Lead technical expertise and resources to enable account teams to bring the best of Intel to customers.
  • Define GTM strategies for the existing segments and the incubation efforts within the BU throughout SMG.
  • Be the voice of the customer for the BUs and provide inputs into BU product strategy, roadmap and execution of segment strategy.
  • Drive the financial ownership of revenues as the SMG voice, accountable to the BUs.
  • Lead Intel's 2030 RISE strategy and corporate responsibility goals for the next decade to accelerate the integration of responsible, inclusive, and sustainable practices.


Qualifications

  • Experience in leading go-to-market strategy with a diversified portfolio.
  • 10+ years of experience of general management/leadership experience in complex technology solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of industry thought leadership and demonstrated business results.
  • Experience selling Network and Edge solutions to enterprise customers, cloud service providers and/or hyperscalers.
  • Model Intel values, culture, and leadership practices to grow pipeline of managers and leaders.
  • Extraordinary teamwork and collaboration with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Experienced international leader of people, able to inspire and build followship. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a high-functioning team.
  • Role model exceptional interpersonal skills, display cultural sensitivity and work as a team player.
  • Exemplify agile leadership in a high paced environment experience.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills including experience presenting to executives, customers and technical audiences.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $222,480.00-$400,720.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
