About The Role


We are looking to hire a highly motivated and action-oriented self-starter to join our fast-growing business as a partnerships director.


As partnerships director at Actabl you will be responsible for working with our leadership team on identifying, then leading development and operationalize of our partnerships to make them successful for both the partner and for Actabl. This role involves working cross-functionally with a variety of different departments and company leaders and presents an opportunity to make an immediate & substantial impact. We consider partnerships to be other brands where a win-win business arrangement can be identified, or marketing and industry association relationships where strategic activations can be put in place that elevate the Actabl brand and/or help us engage with current customers or find new ones.


You will be successful in this role if you:


  • Have at least 8 years of marketing experience at a high-growth technology startup, hospitality company or other company that operates in an agile way (preferably in the hospitality vertical although not required);
  • Have managed partner relationships for at least 4 years
  • Are entrepreneurial in spirit and in action;
  • Are skilled at working with, influencing, and project managing many disparate teams within an organization and across other organizations to accomplish goals;
  • Have impeccable integrity and ethical standards – You are self-aware, accepting, honest, open, polite, and respectful of all others;
  • Have superior communication and organizational skills.
  • Are highly experienced with operations software tools such as Salesforce, Monday.com, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Confluence, and/or similar tool sets and has a willingness to further develop this skill set;
  • Have experience and enjoy networking with other company marketing/partnership team members, and hoteliers


Responsibilities


Your primary responsibility is to proactively organize (both across departments within Actabl and with the partner) and implement partnership programs that drive revenue and/or build brand awareness


Key day-to-day responsibilities include:


Act as key driver for partnership activation by building and executing against tiered partnership framework for Actabl


Be able to identify and prioritize industry relationships that can add either brand awareness value and/or specific revenue driving (ARR) value for Actabl; Be able to document metrics that show how a partnership is driving value over a time period;


Build and cultivate relationships with partners focusing on joint value props and messaging, go-to-market strategies, and program execution.


Develop shared marketing plans and execute end-to-end co-marketing programs to acquire new customers and generate a partner-influenced pipeline across channel efforts. These will include email marketing, webinars, co-branded content, blog posts, press releases, sales assets, and other assets as defined in partner scope.


Work with marketing, PR agencies, and partners to promote relationships through content, success stories, press releases, and live activations at events with partners .


Build and nurture strong business relationships with stakeholders throughout partner organizations to increase buy-in, investment, and ensure that Actabl is positioned as the leading business intelligence, labor, and operations solution in hospitality


Be the voice of the joint value proposition and positioning for each partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Product,, and Customer Success teams to ensure awareness and collaboration


Act as strategic driver, relationship owner, and face of Actabl marketing on-site events for priority partners


Define goals and report against effectiveness of joint marketing campaigns against agreed-upon targets and KPIs. Reporting should provide feedback on monthly, quarterly, and annual partner growth


Work with the revenue and strategy teams to lead identification of marketing and partnership opportunities


Take part in industry events, network through Linkedin and social channels, and ideate on opportunities


Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
