Supply Chain Operations Manager

The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. He or She will be responsible for optimizing and improving our supply chain processes, analyzing data and making recommendations to improve overall supply chain efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. As the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our organization by managing and overseeing our entire supply chain operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our operations and the sustainability of our renewable energy products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with HQ parts planning team and manage the procurement process including parts consumption, ordering, pricing, and terms.
- Oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain, from procurement to production, and warehouse to final logistics delivery.
- Develop and implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze operational performance and use data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Stay informed of advances and changes in the renewable energy industry, particularly in solar technology, and adjust supply chain processes as needed.
- Develop and oversee risk management procedures to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
- Coordinate with Sales, PM and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of solar products and components before commissioning.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Implement strategies for managing spare parts inventory including ordering, storage, and delivery of goods.
Minimum Requirements:
- Familiarity with supply chain management software (such as ERP systems) and database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, or similar role in the solar power industry.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
Education or Desired License and Certificates:
- PV Energy Storage system-related experiences are desired
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in the Solar industry experiences are required

Travel:
50%-60%
Work Location and Status:
- No visa sponsorship
- Preferably located near Phoenix, Arizona or Houston, Texas in the United States
