Job Description

:

This analyst must be versed in Automotive Supply Chain.

•Develops and executes software quality assurance through the development and maintenance of test plans

•Participate in special projects as requested by management

•Assist in partnering with the business and technical team on solution design with a focus on streamlining workflow and standardizing the event processes

•Assist with solution provider/vendors for gap analysis and plan and prioritize to fill vendor gaps to meet functional requirements

•Assist in partnering with QA team members to optimize defect logging, tracking, prioritization, and remediation

•Provide Post-Production support around enhancements, bug fixes and new process

•Provide analytical support

oAnalyzing data for patterns and trends

oVisualizing data to make it easier to understand

oPresenting data in such a way that it tells a compelling story

oDevelop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions.

oCommunicate complex analysis and insights, both verbally and in writing.
