Role Description:

• The Fulfillment Planning team is seeking a passionate Supply Chain Analyst who will support the daily and weekly planning execution for the global fulfillment operations at Reality Labs.
• The perfect candidate has an understanding of supply chain operations, is capable of proposing data-driven, systemic solutions for complex problems, is independent and can work with minimum supervision, and has demonstrated success in contributing to the growth and success of a business.
• This position is responsible for the retrieving and filtering of critical data to run our internal planning models to enable the timely and efficient execution of our global operations to support our retail partners and direct-to-consumer customers.

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

• Apply strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to create, maintain and troubleshoot complex data reports and models in Excel.
• Assist in retrieving and synthesizing critical data in a format that is immediately useful in answering specific questions and tracking business performance.
• Drive reports’ automation by leveraging ability to retrieve insights/data reports from BI tools (Tableau, Business Intelligence hubs).
• Support to synthesize meetings minutes. Proactively follow up with cross functional stake holders when required.
• Support building compelling and engaging data visualization and presentations.
• Aptitude to operate successfully and independently in a fast-paced “start-up” environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance or a related business field required.
• High proficiency in Excel: experience with complex formulas (SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH, etc.).
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain (demand/supply planning, logistics, warehousing, etc).
• Data extraction from Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Oracle BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing seasonal products in supply chain.
• Experience creating BI reports (Tableau, PowerBI, Oracle BI etc.).
• Having a thorough understanding of supply chain including: on-time delivery, warehousing, backlog, order to cash cycle.
• Experience creating and maintaining Excel models with macros and queries.
• Understanding of forecasting techniques and models.
