Job Description

As part of our expansion in the US, we are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals. The Strategic Account Executive is a direct sales/individual contributor position covering a regional territory (west coast) that is focused on high-level strategic sales to health systems, ACO’s, APC’s, and MSO’s. This consultative position requires a polished individual who can help navigate potential customers through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to go after new business and build relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare sales experience working with diverse healthcare groups and partnership with C-suite and director-level executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Revenue generation with targeted, large, strategic opportunities
  • Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate
  • Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers
  • Prioritize opportunities and coordinate with your internal team to provide the best customer experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in healthcare groups
  • Move the needle. You will develop strategies and execute them
  • Remote. Traveling as necessary during sales process and to conferences
Requirements:
  • Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sale opportunities
  • Knowledge of the health system ecosystem including the interplay between health plans and providers, as well as the structure of integrated delivery networks.
  • Must have experience selling to C-suite individuals within healthcare, including presenting and negotiating large opportunities, with a proven track record as a top performer
  • 5+ years’ healthcare sales experience
  • A strategic, consultative sales mentality
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical area
