Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our fast-growing AI - Solutioning Firm. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and Leveraging your Sales acumen to provide solutioning for high value clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to generate revenue for the company.
You will report directly to the Managing Director and work on our Global Team. The role will be majorly focused on the US market.
Responsibilities:

Pitching Pixis AI for Digital Marketing

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to gather relevant information and provide insightful recommendations on advertising strategies.
Present our services and value proposition to prospective clients and demonstrate how our AI Optimizer for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok ads can help them achieve their business goals
The above will require a thorough understanding of Pixis AI infrastructure and knowledge of performance marketing channels
Pitching custom AI Solutioning

Understand the specific needs and challenges of each client and pitch tailored solutions to address their unique requirements
The above will require thorough understanding of Pixis’ R&D capabilities and general awareness of developments in Artificial intelligence
Collaborate with the firm's R&D team and internal teams, including account managers and client success, to communicate clients requirements and guide development of tailored solutions to meet clients' objectives.
New Client Acquisition:

Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our AI optimizer for Digital marketing channels
Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our tailored AI Optimization services
Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms

Process Management:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of engagement with clients to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties
Work closely with the firm’s management team to develop sales strategies, identify market trends, and refine the firm's service offerings
Qualifications:
Proven experience of 8-12 years in sales, preferably in reputed optimisation/attribution companies
A strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok advertising platforms is preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in using CRM software, LinkedIn, Gong, and other sales tools
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
Strong existing network and circle of influence of potential clients
