Staff Accountant (Part Time)

GPARENCY is currently seeking a (Part Time) Staff Accountant to join our Finance Team. We are a membership based brokerage with a heavy emphasis on its marketplace. Our mission is centered around fostering equitable access to opportunities for commercial real estate owners across the country. The position reports directly to the CFO.

In your role as (Part Time) Staff Accountant, you will be a vital asset to our Finance Team, responsible for helping assist all accounting functions and treasury services. This role offers the flexibility of being remote.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Assisting in the review and management of all expenditures.

· Helping analyze department profitability.

· Assisting with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

· Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements to meet specific user requirements.

· Collaborating with external accounting firms to facilitate seamless operations.

· Ensuring timely, accurate, and comprehensive completion of accounting activity and reporting in alignment with GAAP .

· Supporting the budget process and establishing measurable accountable activities.

· Help with the managing of employee expense and reimbursement programs.

· Conducting daily treasury management, including the review of daily deposits.

· Performing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Your Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of accounting experience.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Excel-based reporting tools (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).

· Experience with QuickBooks.

· Strong aptitude for working with financial information and a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
