Overview:

This is a full function Accountant position of our subsidiaries in the US. which includes AP, AR, cost, GL, tax, and analysis. With our solid training materials and mentor program, this role is expected to take over the full set of accounting processes step by step from expense application to income tax filing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Fulfill request of external quarterly review and annual audit.
• Process payment requests efficiently and effectively with knowledge of accounting principles, tax law and internal control policies.
• Analyze financial results and propose improvement of business operation.
• Create payment transactions on bank accounts.
• Conducts month end closing tasks which includes but not limited to bank reconciliation, costing, expense accrual, bad debt and inventory evaluation and financial package for consolidated purpose.
• Manage vendor master.
• Calculate income tax including but not limited to monthly accrual, quarterly estimated payment and annual return and review all documents from tax consultant.
• Maintain fixed asset related information and transactions according to property tax purpose.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Intermediate skills of Power Point, Word, & outlook
• Must be proficient with MS Excel and Google sheets.

Required Qualification:

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
• High quality of work and strong intention to improve
• 5 years accounting or tax related experience preferably in hardware manufacturing industry or CPA firm
• Maintain good attendance
• Sensitive to numbers
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, teamwork, enthusiasm and positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Able to work overtime at request
• Office Only: Typically works in an office environment
