Enveda is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!

The contribution you will make:

We are looking for an Accountant who has experience with supporting the day-to-day accounting and administration function to maintain accurate recording of financial transactions, accounting processes, and completion of ad-hoc projects.

As a member of the Finance team, you will report to the Sr. Accountant.

You get to collaborate on:

• Supporting the Finance team with the A/P process by reviewing invoices
• Preparing accounting reconciliations, including researching and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with the month-end and year-end close process
• Collaborating with the Controller and Sr. Accountant on various job related tasks as assigned including preparing financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
• Maintaining an accurate recording of receipts
• Examining purchase order request and maintaining our approval process
• Collaborating in the preparation of accurate monthly financial reports

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (can perform complex functions)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a start-up preferred
• Experience with working independently as well as cohesively with others
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
