Staff Accountant- Entry Level- Jr

We are looking for a diligent staff accountant to join our accounting department. The staff accountant's responsibilities include maintaining rental fleet, performing account reconciliations/analysis, and assisting with close processes. The staff accountant will also assist the accounting team as needed and respond to information requests by management for auditing purposes.

Primary Duties:

• Reconcile inventory and cost related accounts
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
• Input data into accounting software and maintain accurate records
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Assist with month-end closing process
• Maintain rental fleet

• Experience with accounting software a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Eager to learn
• BBA in Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
