The Senior Associate of Strategy and Operations will play a key role in defining the future state vision of a function within LinkedIn’s Global Customer Support and Member & Customer Experience Operations Orgs. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic initiatives to move closer to that future-state vision, working with leaders across the organization, deriving insights from LinkedIn’s member, customer, product, and sales data, and helping to ensure efficient and effective operations.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic, problem-solving and operational skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels and functions, including Executive Leadership, Global Support, Member and Customer Experience Operations, R&D, Finance, Business Operations and Customer Success leaders and colleagues. We're seeking a self-starter comfortable with operating in ambiguity and can bring creative solutions to complex problems, help improve existing processes and bring a passion for transforming the customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a thought leader and strategic partner to our Global Customer Support or Member & Customer Experience Ops team
  • Define long term strategy for a function within Global Support and Member & Customer Experience Operations
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally to drive change and deliver results
  • Work with fascinating data and be at the front of creating data-driven strategies & recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver exec communications
  • Drive operational excellence and visibility into business success and accountability e.g. through operational reviews, QBRs, recommending performance targets, etc.
  • Design and lead key strategic initiatives/large transformation programs
  • Contribute to strategic and capacity planning (with Finance and cross-functional partners)
  • Develop KPIs and targets for measures of team success


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:


  • 3+ years’ work experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with salesforce.com, SQL, and Tableau
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments.
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
