Investment Associate Jobs

Our Client - a Investment Office - is seeking a Investment Associate to help develop the business and assist in the implementation of the investment strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ balance sheets, prepare asset allocation analyses, and investment recommendations
• Create investment strategy from inception to client presentation and execution
• Prepare pitch materials including evaluating existing portfolios, craft Requests for Proposals (RFP's), assist with researching, identifying, and tracking prospective clients
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses that require strong Excel modeling skills
• Occasionally help with the investment due diligence process including sourcing and monitoring new investments

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
• Undergraduate degree from a top institution alongside a strong record of academic achievement
• Interest or steps taken towards becoming a CFA Charterholder is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication competencies required for interacting with clients, third parties, and firm leadership.

“Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 100k and 120k per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other sponsored benefit programs offered by this client.”
