This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Carpinteria, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Toronto, or Washington DC.

We are looking for a Global Policy, Procedures, and Documentation Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive and scalable Sourcing policies, procedures, and a documentation library, while ensuring quality, integrity, and accuracy. Associated areas of Strategic Sourcing include Source to Pay, but not limited to, sourcing events, responsible sourcing, contracting and contract lifecycle, category management, supplier performance, third-party risk management, and more.


Responsibilities


  • Assist in training development and implementation; create training material; support and/or perform live and recorded training events.
  • Continually use appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods to accurately identify, recommend prioritization schedule, and document process changes.
  • Write documentation including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, control matrix, and supporting documents; manage & sustain all related documentation, and maintain document library quality, controls, and integrity.
  • Support overall Sourcing governance, operations and transactions.
  • Track process exceptions; identifying, defining, establishing, and implementing improvement areas and training.
  • Provide event follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvements implementation to assure timely action, appropriate management support, and achievement of expected benefits.
  • Assist in creating controls and audit schedules to continuously monitor compliance.
  • Partnering with multiple peers, stakeholders, subject matter experts, internal business partners, leaders, and suppliers to document process improvements.
  • Leverage data to identify key insights and create operational efficiencies, as well as produce accurate and meaningful analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Provide regular updates on process integrity and performance to internal/external stakeholders and business partners.
  • Report overall documentation activities including accomplishments, participation, projected activities, and anticipated needs.
  • Ensure financial and technical controls, standards, quality assurance, audit attestation, etc. requirements are in all document creation.
  • Guide leaders and teams through application of lean six sigma tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate, determine, and drive management activities to accomplish one or more moderate to significantly complex projects.
  • Assist in the facilitation of process improvement events.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience working with Six Sigma or Change Management methodologies (ex: Prosci)
  • 5+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay process and documentation technical, expository, descriptive, narrative, persuasive, academic, business, and objective writing or similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience SOX, ISO, and SOC2 controls documentation experience, with multiple Source-to-Pay systems (CRM, CLM, ERP, Coupa, Oracle, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Advanced project, task, and time management experience.
  • Ability to communicate with Senior Management & work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) documentation specialist.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient at managing multiple simultaneous, high impact workstreams.
  • Interest in optimizing productivity.

The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
