Our sector focus will be broad with relevancy to NVIDIA; with a bias towards enterprise/SMB solutions -- including AI/ML infrastructure and applications, Generative AI, robotics, computational biology and healthcare, automation, and enterprise and supply-chain software.

We are looking for a highly motivated Venture Associate to be a core part of a small foundational team. You will formulate investment theses and implement investment transactions from start to finish, in a manner that is consistent with the high ideals and values of NVIDIA. You will possess excellent personal attributes – especially integrity, humility, teamwork, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating and presenting to executive management.
• Working constructively with portfolio companies and contributing to them.
• Mastering any given sub-sector quickly and building strong and practical investment theses.
• This will include: financial modeling, unit economics analysis, returns analysis, business and financial due diligence performance while managing other forms of diligence (legal, technical etc), term-sheet structuring etc.
• Driving investment transactions from start to finish.
• Sourcing high-quality investment opportunities.

What We Need To See

• Excellent business sense, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate and present to executive management.
• Excellent investment financial analysis and valuation skills, including financial modeling, unit economics analysis, returns analysis, business and financial due diligence performance while managing other forms of diligence.
• Passion for innovative technologies with a strong pulse on key trends, themes and players.
• Ability to execute an investment transaction from start to finish.
• Ability to master any given sub-sector quickly and build strong and practical investment theses.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for the venture investment process and finding great investment opportunities.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills.
• 2 years or more of experience in investment banking or management consulting.

The base salary range is $144,000 - $230,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
